We have improved and simplified our application process this year! This is an easy click and submit application! 2025 LCWOSB is a juried invitational event. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to reject any product or vendor per our board member selection process. We also will limit same like vendors and have limited number of direct sale vendors. The vendor who applies for this event agree to have read and understands all rules and have had the opportunity to address question or concerns to the LCWOSB prior to contract acceptance. There is no vendor fee refunds, rain dates, or space credits

LCWOSB offers affordable all Indoor vendor spaces. clean dry & Climate Controled. best yet HHS is a centralized location to anywhere in the county. 2025 space information below:

Space Size Requested
To maintain an open shopping atmosphere, maximum height of all rear and side displays, signage, etc is 6 feet. Spaces against a wall may excede those height limits at the wall

Vendors- Our Registration Form Includes many "REQUIRED" Fields. If You don't Receive a "Thank You" Submission Confirmation after clicking the Send Registration Button above, Please Review Your Registration Form for a RED Notice below the field answer line for a field that may have been overlooked or needs attention.

PLEASE ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE TO YOUR APPLICATION. Vendors please read important details of the event requirements. * Must list all catagories of items being sold. If misrepresentation of items LCWOSB reserves the right to ask you to leave the event or remove the items not listed. *Must note on application if you are a direct sale company. If this is not clear on your application LCWOSB may void the application. * All Vendors must stay open 10-4pm *No refunds, space exchanges or booth credit once payment is made for your space. *Upon request, one outlet plug (2 receptacles) will be provided to each space at a charge of $25 per one booth. The reservation for the electrical outlet must be made and paid for in advance. After October 1st, the electrical charge will increase to $30.00. Electrical load cannot exceed 110 volts, 15 amps without prior permission of the building electrician. Extension cords or power strips are the responsibility of the Vendor. Misuse or overload of electrical circuit will result in immediate disconnection and forfeiture of outlet rental fee. *All food vendors need to have proper permits per the LC health dept. LCHD will inspect the day of our show. *Food truck no shows (without a 5 day notice) are subjected to a $250 fee. * No rain dates *Continued participation of vendor is at the discretion of the show staff. *Vendors who misrepresent LCWOSB will not be invited back for future shows.

*By submitting your application you agree to protect, maintain, save and hold harmless LCWOSB, its officers, agents, servants and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, expense and liabilities arising out of injury or death to any person, or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur in or about the venue (including any portion thereof which vendor has not been given the right to occupy or use pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) or which may arise or in any way grow out of any act or omission of vendor, its agents, invitees and patrons’ use and occupancy of venue.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES/REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL AND WILL FORFEIT FUTURE PARTICIPATION.
